Is a twink always queer in some way? Can a twink be heterosexual?

My kiddo argued last night that the word "twink" describes physical appearance only, and it is theoretically possible for a twink to be heterosexual.

I asked them to name at least one example of a twink who's also known to be heterosexual, and they could not do so.

What is the internet's opinion?
