Bang Chan requires very close supervision on a weight machine at a gym, with a gym bro up against his back, another gym bro not far behind. Changbin and a third gym bro watch from the side. (I know the other people in this video are highly skilled and qualified personal trainers. I don't know their names so I'm calling them all 'gym bro' but this is in a respectful and appreciative way.)
